Non-Refundable Policy

All sales on our Bible studies, digital products, and other resources are final. Due to the nature of these materials and their immediate access or use, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.

Exceptions

We only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• You received a defective or damaged item.
• You received an incorrect order.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or incorrect item, if applicable. We will work to resolve the matter and ensure you receive the correct or undamaged product.

Shipping Costs

In the case of a replacement due to damage or defect, UnShaken Faith will cover the shipping costs for the new item.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are shipped.
